Job Responsibilities: • Interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements. • Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. • Operate welding equipment safely and effectively. • Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. • Follow established welding procedures and protocols. • Adhere to safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment. Job Requirements: • Minimum 2 year of experience as a Welder or similar role. • Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques. TIG is a plus. • Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. • Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Certification in welding techniques preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus. Physical Requirements : • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully. • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with ease of movement in a fast-paced environment. • Engage in repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push, and pull without difficulties. • Stand for extended periods during work shifts.
