As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating welding operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate welding activities to meet production goals and quality standards * Perform TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding as required * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ITAR regulations * Operate forklift to move materials and equipment as necessary * Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize welding processes * Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding setups for production * Perform shop math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions Qualifications * Proven experience as a TIG Welder, Stick Welder, and Flux-Cored Arc Welder * Prior experience with ISO 9001 certification and ITAR registration * Valid forklift license * Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles * Excellent shop math skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints * Experience in welding setups for production You should be proficient in: * AS9100 Experience * Forklift Licensed * ISO 9001 Certification Experience * ITAR Registration Experience * Lean Manufacturing Principles * Shop Math Skills * Blueprint Reading * Welding Setups for Production Machines & technologies you'll use: * TIG Welder * Stick Welder * Flux-Cored Arc Welder Salary info: $33 - $39 / hr
