General Job Description:

The welder having 1-2 years of applicable welding experience in the trade. Welder works under direct supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify and repair flaws in most metal objects at a basic level
• Frequently analyzing and solving basic problems

Education, Training, & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of welding experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Understanding of metallurgy and a basic knowledge of weld symbols and print interpretations
• Has some TIG & MIG experience
• Able to weld steel over a quarter of an inch thick, and tack weld steel as required prior to robotic welding
• Aptitude for analyzing and solving basic problems
• Ability to interpret basic prints
• Ability to follow verbal instructions

Hours/Shift & Location

San Jose & Fremont, CA

Second Shift: 1:30pm 10pm M-F
