Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. * Professional certification in Welding Engineering (e.g., Certified Welding Engineer, AWS Certified Welding Inspector.) * Preferred experience with High-Frequency Continuous welding, Laser Welding, and wire feed welding. Additional Skills/or Abil ities: * Effective communication and project management abilities. * Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. * Able to develop programs for robotic welders and verify the program meets the requirements. * Maintenance of the welding equipment to identify best practices for PMs. * Understands the proper way to hold or present parts to the welders. * Ability/willingness to travel to all our client’s facilities.
